- Rocking P Ranch is a small, sustainable family farm in Moniteau County, near Jamestown, Missouri. We are Jim and Cyndi Puyear. Our livestock is born on the farm and does not leave until we take it to Swiss Meats near Hermann, Missouri to have it harvested and processed. Our meat is USDA inspected. Our cattle get a grass-based diet. We supplement with a corn/oat mix. We have ground beef as well as ribeye, sirloin, t-bone and cube steak; chuck, arm, sirloin tip and rump roast; brisket; a variety of processed products such as Sweet German bologna, all beef hot dogs, Italian Sausage and Italian Salami. We are USDA inspected so CAN SHIP, but it can be expensive to do so. We will deliver a distance if the order(s) are large enough. We haven't changed our prices in 4 years.
