- We raise grass fed&finished beef in south west Oregon. We offer 1/4s, half’s and whole beefs custom cut and wrapped. We offer USDA inspected ground beef in 1lb packages (in 36 lb cases) we offer 5 lb ground beef in 60 lb cases for food service. We also provide grass fed and finished lamb. By the 1/4 half and whole. Or ground lamb by the 36lb case of 1 lb packages
