- We are a USDA inspected beef and pork processing facility. We raise and feed our own cattle that are locally born, feed, and processed right here in Cullman county. You can buy anything from a steak to a full beef from us. The steaks that you buy in store is feed the same as the whole beef you buy. All beef would grade high choice to prime.
