- beef is either longhorn or cross with limosine. this is grass fed beef from a small ranch. Butcher is in Madisonville, TX with weekly transport to Houston, TX for delivery of fresh frozen and packaged customized cuts. My next appointment to bring in a calf is November 11 with trailing appointment March 8, 2022. Min order 100 pounds at $7.00 per pounds (customer pick up at Madisonville). Pricing basis delivered in NW Houston or surrounding will depend upon quantity.
