- At K Creek Ranch we know you value quality and transparency. Feel free to call us if you have any questions. The beef cuts we have available are, Ground Beef, Arm Roast, Rump Roast, Chuck Roast and Sirloin Tip Roast. Steak cuts are Ribeye, Fillet (tenderloin), Sirloin and New York Strip. We have bone broth marrow bones, short ribs, meaty soup bone and heart/tongue/liver We also have limited quantity of beef summer sausage, Beef Jerky and Little Willie Snack Sticks. We have ground beef bundles and Mixed bundles. Starting in July we will have quarter, half and whole beef available. For lamb selection we have chislic, ground, shank, steaks, limited quantity of chops and roasts. We currently do not ship. Check out our new online store to see selection and pricing plus any sales.
