- Beef shares sold by the side...1/4, 1/2 and full side only. Closed herd. We sell only what we raise. We do not buy sale barn beef and sell them. All cuts are to order filled by purchaser. We process for now once a year and take orders starting in September with order completion for distribution in Feb or March. We age our Beef 21 days.
