- We are a small family cattle ranch with 4 generations involved. Our cow calf program is what keeps us going, within the past few years we started to feed and sell fat animals to our neighbors. You can order a whole beef if you are looking for a 1/4 or 1/2 please find a friend to partner with you. We calve once a year in the fall so it can take 16-18 months from this time to have the animal ready to butcher. All of our animals are raised on grass, the fat animals are fed a mixed diet of grass, hay and grain for the last few months.
