- We offer Angus and Akaushi. Akaushi is a Japanese breed selected for carcass quality with less saturated fat than regular beef and they normally grade Choice to Prime; and is the beef you find in high end restaurants, or expensive retail outlets. It has intense flavor, super marbling, is super tender and the fat has a buttery texture. Chris has over 50 years of raising beef, has a degree in Animal Science, & both of us are Beef Quality Assurance Certified. Our beef are all-natural animals, raised on grass, never fed antibiotics, hormones or steroids, and finished with an all-natural grain ration. We handle all aspects of the animal’s life from conception to processing so you receive a superior high-quality product, and it will be processed to your specifications, which will enhance your eating experience. We sell by the whole, half or quarter and it will be processed in Vale Oregon. Angus is $3.75 - Akaushi $3.95 per pound hanging weight. We pay for all costs of processing.
