- Our Beef is 100% Grass-Fed. They graze on pasture most of the year and are fed hay as a suplement to grazing during the winter months. You can order beef as well as other products from our online store. Beef products include, but are not limmited to, Ground beef (90/10 and 80/20), Summer Sausage, Frankfurters, Beef Patties, Roasts, Rib Eye, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Fillets, Etc. We also offer bones and organ meats. Prices vary from $3.50/lb for some bones and organs, $8.00/lb for ground beef, to $25.00/lb for Fillets. From time to time we do offer bulk buys of Ground beef or quarter and half beef.
