Best Sides of Beef Co. 2100 County Road 450 De Leon, Texas 76444 We are offering 20 grass fed/grain finished calves from our farm raised Angus Plus cows (calves were sired by our registered 44 Farms Angus bulls & northern Angus bulls). These calves will offer a high-quality product @ a reasonable price from our farm to your table. Prices are based on hanging weight (plus processing expense-see details below): Whole beef-$2.50/lb hanging weight Half beef-$2.75/lb hanging weight For example: live weight of 1,250 lbs should yield a hanging weight of 750+/- lbs (60% of live weight). We have appointments lined up for these calves at Hamilton Wholesale Meats in Weatherford, Texas & would be available for pickup by the end of November/first of December 2020. Processing cost would be due upon pickup payable to Hamilton Wholesale Meats. The approximate cost of standard processing would be $0.75/lb (special cut sheets could vary the processing cost). The cuts of beef offered (including but not limited to) would be ribeyes, t-bones, sirloin, tenderized steak, roasts, hamburger meat, skirt steak (fajita meat), ribs, stew meat, etc… processed & packaged to your specifications (vacuum sealed available)!!! Freezer space needed: a general guide is 1 cubic foot of freezer space for 25/30 lbs of packaged product.
