- Half or full beef available any day of the year. Call or text for pictures of our beautiful angus herds. Grass fed in the lush green hills of Utah rocky mountains.All beef is home raised and hormone free. We have a local processor who has USDA inspection available. At this time we are feeding beef for processing. The Federal Meat Inspection Act (FMIA) will not apply if customers purchase beef prior to processing. Orders of whole, 1/2, or 1/4 beef are available. Cost for the beef plus processing will be based on market. Example: whole beef equal $1.10 live weight, plus $.45 per pound hanging weight for processing. Half beef 550$
