- GRASS FED BEEF ON THE HOOF. I will help you coordinate your slaughter date, hanging, cutting and wrapping on your whole cow at no extra charge. Customer(s) pays farm $1.10 per pound live weight on cows. So families may go together to get half or quarter. Call me when you have a group buying a whole cow as that is how you get this fantastic rate for excellent meat. Customer pays slaughter fee of $125 and cutting and wrapping of $0.65/pound direct to providers. All prices subject to change. Customer picks up their meat at meat shop near Tonasket, WA. Customers will be provided a menu to identify how cuts are to be done and how much weight per package. Also if dog bones, liver, heart, tongue are desired. Call Robin for details. Cows had happy lives, living only on this farm and fed only hay we produce or grass we grew along with salt, vitamins and minerals. Our cows are never fed chemicals or hormones. With slaughter on the farm it is very humane with no fear and thus no stress hormone in the meat. This allows our natural grass fed, lean American beef to taste the best.
