- 1/2 or whole beef. You can join up with a friend to buy an entire beef. We have traditional grass fed beef and even healthier grass fed Scottish Highland Beef. Our beef is born and raised here on our ranch. Check our website and contact us by phone or email to order. Whole grass fed beef is $6.50 a lb hanging weight and Highland beef is $7.5 per lb. 50 cent a lb. handling charge on 1/2 a beef orders. In Colorado, we can deliver to a front range processor for a minimal fee and combine 2 or more head to the same processor.
