- Raising black and red Angus in beautiful Idaho County! I raise a limited amount of butcher beef so ordering early ensures you get a spot. I offer whole, 1/2, and 1/4 beef packages. I use a local butcher who caters to each customers specification on cuts and allows the animal to hang for a minimum of 10 days to allow the enzymes to do their job. Can be be grain finished per customers request for a deeper flavor profile due to higher fat content. Whole or 1/2- $3.50 per lb hang weight (includes cut, wrap and kill fee) 1/4 - $3.75 per lb hang weight (includes cut, wrap and kill fee)
