- We offer both custom cut beef quarters, halves, and wholes and some individually packaged cuts in variety boxes including hamburger. Variety boxes are a 30lb minimum, burger only is a 20lb minimum. Please email us for timing and pricing information, we are competitively priced. Perry Cattle Company is a 4th generation cow/calf operation that feeds out a select group of our personal stock each year to sell in this manner. 90% pasture-raised, grain-finished. No added hormones, antibiotic-free, humanely handled. We grow our own cattle feed in an organic manner, but it is not certified organic. We source the rest of our feed from local farmers.
