- We raised Organic finished beef (last 90 days on organic corn and hay. ) Those will be ready in July and November. There is a limit supply of the organic finished beef. We also have corn-based fats that will be ready in December/January. Average live weight is #1350. They can be bought live and taken to the customers local locker or we can make an appointment with local lockers in our area. They are booked out till December, so need to order ASAP if you want one for those times. For the Organic finished beef, we have 4 slots in July open and 9 in November. Our organic herd is born on our farm, and we buy our feeder calves from Nebraska or South Dakota ranchers.
