- We take great pride in assuring our customers receive nothing but the best quality beef. Our beef is locally raised, grass fed and corn finished. All will be under 30 months of age. We will offer 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef. The calves are implant and hormone free. All customers will have the choice to choose their own cuts from the processor.
