All processing is completed by the St. Joseph Meet Market and is USDA inspected. 1/4's of beef available at $2.20 lbs. + processing, cut wrapped and froze the way YOU like it. Quarters average 160-190 hanging weight Hamburger, Roasts, and steaks available individually as well.
