- We raise a dozen calves per year from our 7 Angus x jersey cows. They are organic in feed & patures provided but we do inoculate & deworm them - thus have seen veterinary management to protect them form illness. We weight them on the digital scale & multiply by $2.00 per pound on the foot. We can provide trailer hauling to your choice of meat processor upon payment for the animal We also have a yearly jersey & calf for sale as we keep our hear at 7 on this 330 acre farm to prevent crowding & allow room for the 300 ewes that share the farm.
