- Our cattle are grass fed, all natural with no hormones, starches or antibiotics. They are finished with "Giesse Grass Beef Finisher" which does not change the "microbial population" in the gut of the animal. It does take longer to finish them off this way but it does finish them off without the starches etc. It also does not create much "white fat" but instead "brown fat". We sell these animals "on the hoof" with a completed Brand Inspection in the purchasers name and can transport the live animal to a processing facility of the purchasers choice if so needed at an additional cost. Some of our customers do not want a whole animal for such reasons as freezer space, funds etc but they do go in with friends/family etc to split it up, we, however are not in the business of finding you those "friends", that is up to you.
