- We raise 100% heritage shorthorns. We do dna tests for high quality marbling in our cattle. This beef will top wagu beef in tenderness and taste. We will have 1/2 or whole beef available this fall. Reserve early. $2 per pound on the hoof or $8 per lb processed. We are currently only doing 1/2 or a whole beef.
