- Oklahoma's finest beef, brought to you by superior herd genetics and the Tallgrass Prairie! We are 5-generation ranchers and have spent 30 years cultivating the best grass-finished breed in the country. Our beef is a cross between black Angus and a little-known breed from the French Alps, Salers. Our customers love our flavorful, mineral-rich, tender beef and so will you! We typically have all cuts available, however many items are currently on back-order (as of April 2020) as a result of many customers stocking up due to coronavirus. We still have plenty of ground beef and encourage you to try it. Our ground beef will stand apart from anything else you've tried!
